What is Movilpaq Levante?
Movilpaq Levante, S.L. is a 100% Spanish, independent freight forwarder based in Valencia. We coordinate international sea, air and road freight, together with customs clearance, warehousing and cargo insurance.
Where is your office?
Our head office is at Gran Vía Fernando el Católico, 5, Pta. 9, 3º, 46008 Valencia, Spain. Operations are centralised in Valencia, and services that require it are handled through our offices in Barcelona, Madrid and Seville.
What services do you offer?
Sea freight in full containers (FCL) and groupage (LCL), consolidated and urgent air freight, road freight across Europe as full truckload (FTL) and groupage (LTL), customs clearance, warehousing and bonded storage, and all-risk door-to-door cargo insurance.

For sea freight we operate from the main Spanish ports: Valencia, Barcelona, Algeciras, Bilbao and Vigo. For air freight, with connections from Madrid-Barajas, Barcelona-El Prat and Valencia.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. We handle import and export clearance including tariff classification, documentation and advice. We have experience with origins that have demanding requirements, such as Ukraine: EUR.1 certificates, anti-dumping and trade-defence measures, and reinforced controls.
Do you offer warehousing and bonded storage?
Yes. We manage general warehousing and goods under temporary storage (ADT) and customs warehousing, which lets you defer duties and VAT until release for free circulation. We also close T1 transits in authorised warehouses.
Do you ship special or oversized cargo?
Yes: industrial machinery on flat racks or open tops, project and break-bulk cargo, bulk liquids in flexitanks and ISO tanks, and civil aviation parts and consumables, including ATA carnets for temporary movements.
Can you move goods between other countries without touching Spain (cross-trade)?
Yes. We coordinate shipments between any origin and destination without passing through Spain, including triangulations with document neutralisation.
What international coverage do you have?
We are members of four international freight forwarder networks: WCA World, Global Affinity Alliance, World Freight Network and Global Key Family. Through them we work with agents on five continents.

We do not offer a real-time tracking platform. The person handling your shipment coordinates it from start to finish and keeps you informed of its status at every stage.
Do you work in Russian or Ukrainian?
Yes. Besides Spanish and English, you can write to us in Russian or Ukrainian. We have pages in both languages for businesses operating in Spain.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:30 to 18:00. Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 (Spanish time).
